Want to return an item?

We’re happy to assist you. Here’s everything you need to know:

  • We aim to process your return within 10 working days of receiving it. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, email us at support@bpbtrade.com and we’ll advise you on the next steps.

Warranty Information

All products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page. For refurbished items, please refer to the warranty details on the individual product page.

Items with faults caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Customer Data Handling

All returned items received on-site will undergo data sanitisation. This process ensures that all customer data is securely wiped, and no data remains on the device before it proceeds to any further processing stage. For any data-related enquiries, please email support@bpbtrade.com

Returns Processing Times

Once we’ve received your returned item at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
